Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Go to Settings, then Plan and billing, then Manage billing. You keep your plan until the end of the time you paid for, then you are on Free. Your projects and scans stay.
What counts as a project?
One app you track in the SafeFix dashboard: its database, its code, or both. Scans you run with the CLI or inside your AI tool are not limited and never count. Free tracks 1 project, Pro 5, Team 20 and Agency 100.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Nothing is deleted. If you move to a smaller plan, all your projects and people stay and keep working. You only cannot add new ones until you are under the limit again.
Do you give refunds?
If SafeFix is not right for you, write to support@safefix.dev soon after you pay and we will help. The details are in our refund policy.
What do you keep about my app?
Your account email, the names of your organization and projects, and scan results with every secret masked. Never the rows of data in your app’s database and never a full key or password. It is stored in Paris (AWS eu-west-3). Card details stay with Stripe. Read the privacy policy.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Sign up with your email and use Free as long as you like. You add a card only when you choose a paid plan. Prices are in US dollars; tax may be added at checkout, depending on where you are.
